Our clients purchased two contemporary townhouses overlooking San Leandro Creek. Each 1,550 sqft space with two bedrooms and baths received Georgina Rice & Co.'s unique design based on the homeowner's tastes and requirements. For one, we selected a warm, neutral color palette with layered textures and rounded silhouettes to counterbalance the angular lines of the 1980s architecture. A curved sofa embraces the circular coffee table flanked by barrel-back chairs for the conversation grouping. We installed artisanal lighting throughout the condo. Sconces with white slumped glass and a bronze ribbon pattern create a sense of continuity in the open living, dining, and kitchen spaces.
