Belvedere Modern
Georgina Rice & Co. gave this Belvedere residence an updated 20th-century ambiance. The 2700 sqft house built in 1939 and remodeled in 2009 is home to a family with two young boys. We took the client’s existing mid-century furnishings and restored and reupholstered them in beautiful but practical fabrics. For the dining area, the clients needed additional chairs, so we had the originals reproduced. Serge Mouille's Three-Arm Ceiling fixture illuminates the dining table. Abstract art and handmade objects like pottery lamps made by Lesley Anton add color and texture.
