Tiburon Classic
This Tiburon home was built as a high-end spec home in 2001. Georgina Rice & Co. eliminated the stock molding, redesigned the stair banister, and removed an awkward hallway. The resulting 5,900 square-foot, two-floor residence now transitions smoothly from a traditionally laid out living room into a formal dining area. Furnishings feature streamlined silhouettes upholstered in opulent fabrics with accents of Asian accessories. The square dining room centers on a vintage chandelier from a Los Angeles hotel, and a custom Lazy Susan was added to Therien's Volute dining table. In the master bedroom, a handwoven carpet from Nepal was laid wall to wall.
